Refund of payment will only be allowed in case the items go out of stock or the item/s delivered has/have damages, which the burden of proof is on the buyer. Thus, please do an unedited unboxing video. We will not entertain issues raised without it.
- The outer case/outbox is used for protecting the goods. Thus, any damage on the case cannot be the reason for exchanging/returning. We are also NOT liable and will NOT compensate any damage caused by factory/production defect.
- We use honeycomb for packaging to help reduce the plastic waste. Please put in notes/remarks if you prefer bubble wrap.
- Please also check out the box and/or poster tube if you want added security for your order. Poster/s, if any, will be folded if no poster tube is included in your check out.
Policies and FAQs
Order Policy
FOR GROUP ORDER (GO)
Upon checking out, you attest that you are 100% sure of buying. A cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total price of your order/s shall be paid should you wish to cancel your order.
Please input your correct information and order/s. We will not be liable to cases of wrong delivery address or such. Should your order/s will be returned to us due to wrong or incomplete address, you are required to pay another shipping fee before your item/s will be delivered to you again.
An automatic email will be sent to you once your order is confirmed. Please contact us in case that you did not receive an email. If you are using a Gmail account, the order confirmation email may be found under "Social" or "Promotions" inbox.
Please pay the exact amount ON or BEFORE the deadline. There will be no refund for excess payments made. Send your proof of payment by replying to your order confirmation email. Your order will be tagged as PAID once we receive your FULL payment. Otherwise, partial payment/s, will be reflected only to the masterlist. Please contact us in case that your order was not tagged as paid after full payment or your payment was not reflected in the masterlist within 24 to 48 hours after sending proof of payment. On the other hand, failure to send proof of payment one week after the DOP will result to automatic cancellation of your order/s and your payment will not be refunded to you.
A penalty fee of Php 50 per item should be made for each day of late payment. Failure to pay the aggregate amount of the total price of your order/s and the total penalty fee within one week after the DOP will result to automatic cancellation of your order/s. Further, you will be tagged and posted as bogus buyer/joy reserver and will be banned from this shop unless you pay the cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total price of your order/s.
If you're preferred courier is same day delivery, you are given a 30-day period from the date we contact you to book the delivery of your order. Failure to do so will result to automatic cancellation of your order without refund.

Cash on delivery is NOT allowed. Your order will be processed on the earliest weekend after your payment. Send proof of payment by replying to your order confirmation email. Shipping Policy
All group orders (GO) are under normal estimated time of arrival (ETA).
Normal ETA takes 4 to 6 weeks before the box from Korea (6 to 8 weeks if from Japan) will arrive in the Philippines. Upon arrival of the box in our PH address, another week will be needed to pack all the orders before these can be turned over to the local courier. Kindly note that shipments of items from Korea are per batch or per box, not per GO. Thus, unless the box got full within the month, shipments will be made every end of the month.
For local shipment, we partner with third-party couriers such as GoGo Xpress and JRS Express, among others. Local shipping fee (LSF) is charged based on a fixed rate depending on your location and should be paid together with your order on or before the DOP, unless you chose same day delivery.
We are not liable to any delay in shipment and/or damage of items by the international and local couriers due to natural occurrences.
Shipment of your order will not be made if you have any unpaid balance.
In case your order will be returned to us, you are required to pay another LSF.
Shipping Rates
Refund Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at twinseoulkstore@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please ensure to do an unedited unboxing video of the product/s as we will not entertain any issues raised without it.
Product contents (album, goods, magazines, etc.) with any small scratches caused by the distribution process cannot be exchanged or returned.
The outer case/outbox of the product is used for protecting the goods. Any damage on the case cannot be the reason for exchanging/returning. We are also NOT liable and will NOT compensate any damage caused by factory/production defect.
CD/LP, DVD/Blu-ray can only be checked as defective when playback is poor. Minor scratches are not considered as defects.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Your payment will also be refunded in case the items go out of stock in Korea prior to securing your order.

Is my item secured upon submission of order?
Generally, the item is only secured upon receipt of payment, unless we indicate that we accept long deadline of payment (DOP) for that specific GO.

Can I change my order?
Yes but only until deadline of order (DOO).

Payment
What are your modes of payment (MOP)?
Our main MOP are GCash, BPI or BDO. But we also accept payment through Palawan Express or Paypal. Just send as a message to obtain the account details.
Do you accept 50% down payment (DP)?
Yes, as long as the remaining balance will be settled on or before the DOP.
Do you accept cash on delivery (COD)?
No. COD is only accepted for the local shipping fee (LSF) of same day delivery.
Can I change my MOP?
Yes you can as long as you will send your proof of payment.
Where can I send proof of my payment?
Reply to your order confirmation email. Your order will be tagged as PAID once we receive your FULL payment. Otherwise, partial payment/s, will be reflected only to the masterlist.
