What is TWIN CIRCLE?

TWIN CIRCLE (the CIRCLE) is a loyalty program that allows customers to earn memories and enjoy perks.

How does it work?

After creating an account, you automatically become a part of the TWIN CIRCLE. You will be assigned a membership status based on your earned memories during the earning period of one calendar year. When you become part of the CIRCLE, your account will start collecting memories, which can be used to enjoy special discount on your next purchase.

How do I join the CIRCLE?

You become a part of the CIRCLE after creating an account.

The membership status is assigned based on your earned memories during the earning period of one calendar year.

    • FRIEND - 0 memories earned
    • TWINNIE - 250,000 memories earned
    • SOULMATE - 500,000 memories earned

Total memories earned can be found when you click the "Perks" on the lower right corner of your screen.

What are the requirements to become a member?

Before you can become a member of the CIRCLE, first you'll have to sign-up and create an account via https://limitlessjmap.com/account/register

After you create your account, you become a FRIEND of the CIRCLE.

Are there membership levels within the CIRCLE?

Yes. There are three levels: FRIEND, TWINNIE, and SOULMATE.

Where can I find my current membership status?

You will find your current membership status under "VIP tier" in the "Perks" icon on the lower right corner of your screen.

Will my membership status expire?

You can enjoy the perks of your current membership status during the benefit period of one calendar year. Your membership status will expire after December 31.

What happens if my membership status expire?

All membership status will be reset to FRIEND at every start of the calendar year (January 1). For example: If you reach SOULMATE on August 31, you will remain on that membership status until the end of December 31 that year. On January 1 of the following year, you will become a FRIEND. 

Note: This will not affect your total memories. Rest assured that you can still use memories earned in the previous year to redeem perks.

How do I track my memories?

You can track your memories under "My memories" in the "Perks" icon on the lower right corner of your screen.

Mechanics - Memories and Perks

What are my perks as a member of the CIRCLE?

Start earning memories as soon as you've signed up as member of the CIRCLE. Memories are earned through the following:

    • Creating an account - 100 memories
    • Following us on social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram & Tiktok) - 100 memories each social media
    • Celebrating your birthday - 100 memories
    • Referring a friend - 100 memories
    • Purchasing from us:
      • FRIEND and TWINNIE - 10 memories for every PHP 1 spent
      • SOULMATE - 20 memories for every PHP 1 spent

TWINNIE and SOULMATE will also be granted additional PHP 100 discount codes.

Where can I find a list of my current perks?

To view the current list of perks, click "Perks" on the lower right portion of your screen and find "My perks".

How do I redeem my perks?

Memories

You can use your memories as a discount for your next purchase.

1,000 memories = PHP 1

Click "Redeem memories" in the "Perks" icon on the lower right of your screen and apply the discount code provided during checkout. 

Memories are forfeited when orders are cancelled.

PHP 100 off discount

Additional PHP 100 off discount codes will be given to you when you become TWINNIE or SOULMATE. 2 discount codes will be given for TWINNIE while 3 discount codes for SOULMATE.

What are memories?

Memories are discounts for your order: 1,000 memories = PHP 1. You can start earning memories as soon as you become a member of the CIRCLE. The number of memories earned for every PHP 1 spent depends on your membership status.

    • For FRIEND and TWINNIE - PHP 1 = 10 memories
    • For SOULMATE - PHP 1 = 20 memories

How do I use my memories?

Memories are awarded as soon as you placed your order. You can redeem and use your memories when you have at least 10,000 memories at the time of purchase.

Do I earn memories from all my purchases?

Yes, you'll earn memories for all your purchases in www.limitlessjmap.com Note the shipping fee is not included in the computation and does not earn memories.

How long are my memories valid?

All memories are valid for a lifetime. Unused memories as of December 31 can still be used in the following year. 

However, your membership status will be automatically reset to FRIEND on January 1.

I used memories to pay my order but it's now cancelled. Will my memories be refunded?

Yes, memories will be returned to your account if the order it was applied to was cancelled.
