Order

Do you have available group order (GO) or on hand for my idol's album/merchandise?

For ongoing GOs, you can check our masterlist or search #TSKSPHGO. For on hand, you can check our Shopee or Lazada account.

Is my item secured upon submission of order?

Generally, the item is only secured upon receipt of payment, unless we indicate that we accept long deadline of payment (DOP) for that specific GO.

How to know the status of my order?

You can check our masterlist for the status of your order, search #TSKSUpdate on Twitter or Facebook, or check in 'My Account' in this website.

Can I change my order?

Yes but only until deadline of order (DOO).

How to change my order?

Fill out either of the Google or website concern form.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellation of order is not allowed once order is submitted. A cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total price of your order/s shall be paid should you really wish to cancel your order.

Payment

What are your modes of payment (MOP)?

Our main MOP are GCash, BPI or BDO. But we also accept payment through Palawan Express or Paypal. Just send as a message to obtain the account details.

Do you accept 50% down payment (DP)?

Yes, as long as the remaining balance will be settled on or before the DOP.

Do you accept cash on delivery (COD)?

COD is available only for on hand items. For GOs, COD is accepted for the local shipping fee (LSF) if the mode of delivery (MOD) is Shopee or same day delivery.

Can I pay through shopee pay?

Shopee pay is available only for on hand items and for the LSF in our GOs which are shipped through Shopee.

Can I change my MOP?

Yes you can as long as you will send your proof of payment.

Where can I send proof of my payment?

Reply to your order confirmation email. Your order will be tagged as PAID once we receive your FULL payment. Otherwise, partial payment/s, will be reflected only to the masterlist.

Delivery

What are your MOD?

We can ship your order through our standard couriers, Shopee or same day delivery.

What is the process for Shopee checkout?

Once your order has arrived, we will send you an email notification with the checkout link and instruction. Please note that the original product price is indicated in the listing and our shop's 99% off voucher is automatically applied upon checkout. This is to ensure that you, as buyers, and we, as sellers, will be properly compensated by Shopee in case of lost parcels in transit.

How much is the LSF?

What will happen if my order was returned to you (return to sender/RTS)?

In case of RTS due to wrong or incomplete address, you are required to pay another LSF. Your payment will not be refunded in case you refuse to pay another LSF.
