Order

How can I order?

Create an account and check out the design and size that you would like to order.

How to know the status of my order?

We will process your order as soon as we confirm your payment. You can expect the delivery within 3 to 5 business days for Metro Manila or 7 to 10 business days outside the Metro Manila. We will send you an email once your order is shipped.

Can I change my order?

Yes but only before we confirm your payment. Once your payment is confirmed, changing of order is no longer allowed.

Can I cancel my order?

Since our products are made to order, cancellation of order is not allowed.

I have an existing account to your website and I have earned memories through my purchases in Twin Seoul K-Store. Can I use these memories for my purchases in Style XV?

Yes, you can use your memories for all your purchases in our website, regardless if in Twin Seoul K-Store or Style XV.

Payment

What are your modes of payment (MOP)?

Our main MOP are GCash, BPI or BDO.

Do you accept 50% down payment (DP)?

No. Full payment should be made as you order. 

Do you accept cash on delivery (COD)?

COD is not allowed.

Can I change my MOP?

Yes you can as long as you will send your proof of payment.

Where can I send proof of my payment?

Reply to your order confirmation email.

Delivery

What are your modes of delivery (MOD)?

We will ship your order through J&T Express.

How much is the shipping fee?

Please check our shipping policy.

What will happen if my order was returned to you (return to sender/RTS)?

In case of RTS due to wrong or incomplete address, you are required to pay another shipping fee. Your payment will not be refunded in case you refuse to pay another shipping fee.
